We
are a licensed by the State of Minnesota childcare center. All
staff members meet the requirements set forth by the Minnesota
Department of Human Services, Division of Childcare Licensing.
All of the staff have completed a
criminal background check and we have someone on site at all times
that is first-aid and CPR certified. Children learn in our computer lab, playground, and full sized gym. Our students participate in many craft activities, field trips, and special events throughout the year. We believe that children learn by doing, therefore, we provide experiences that enrich and enhance each child’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and creative development. Our daily schedule allows each child to have the opportunity to create, learn, and explore with hands-on experiences. Children develop positive self-esteem and self-concept through a balance of self-directed and teacher-directed activities. Opportunities for solitary play as well as group activities are provided. Our staff serve as positive role models and provide care that is supportive, nurturing, warm and responsive to each child’s individual needs. We also teach children to understand that they are a special, unique individual and that everyone is a child of God. We respect and encourage communication with our parents and staff.
